Swim Focus Rescue understands the importance of protecting the privacy of all users of this website.
Collected Information
In order to register for training courses and receive service emails/texts, users must register and provide certain voluntary information about themselves. The Swim Focus Rescue website collects and stores information required to complete the registration process.
Use of Information
Swim Focus Rescue will not reveal to any third party a user's personal information provided to us except in the following circumstances:
- We need to perform banking reconciliation
- We are responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal proceedings
- We sell or acquire another business, or are acquired by another business, in which case such information may be one of the business assets transferred.
Third parties will not contact our users through the use of email newsletters or our email lists except through specific advertisements with Swim Focus Rescue themselves.

Our website is created using a platform which uses “cookies”. Swim Focus Rescue does not use or access this information itself. Unsubscribing
Registering with Swim Focus Rescue will add you to our mailing database to provide service emails about future courses and availability. Should you no longer wish to receive this information, simply email info@swimfocusrescue.co.uk using the address we have registered for you, or respond to any of our emails with “UNSUBSCRIBE” (unsubscribing can take up to 28 days to process). Please note that customers currently booked with us who choose to unsubscribe may also be removed from important updates about their bookings.

Swim Focus Rescue is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of websites to which we may link. Swim Focus Rescue uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us by our users secure and to disclose such information only after obtaining permission from the user (except under the circumstances discussed above).

We need to collect your information so we can keep you informed on our future courses and other services.

All the personal data we process is located on servers within the European Union.
What are your rights?
You have a right to see the information we hold on you and/or require your data to be deleted by making a request in writing to info@swimfocusrescue.co.uk. If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to have it corrected. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us and we will investigate the matter.
